Check and Edit Scheduled Calls
How to check and edit scheduled calls with your customers?
- Go to the “Customer(Account)” Page
- Select a customer
- Click the “Scheduled Call” button
- Click the “View” button to see current scheduled calls you have with the customer
- Click the “Update” button to edit the scheduled calls
- Click the “Weekly” button to schedule calls by the week calendar
- Or click the “Monthly” button to schedule calls according to a month calendar
- Click the “Submit” button once you are finished adding/editing your scheduled calls with the customer.
