Check and Edit Scheduled Calls

How to check and edit scheduled calls with your customers?

  • Go to the “Customer(Account)” Page
  • Select a customer
  • Click the “Scheduled Call” button
  • Click the “View” button to see current scheduled calls you have with the customer
  • Click the “Update” button to edit the scheduled calls
  • Click the “Weekly” button to schedule calls by the week calendar
  • Or click the “Monthly” button to schedule calls according to a month calendar
  • Click the “Submit” button once you are finished adding/editing your scheduled calls with the customer.
